If you are looking for a small beach castle that has a great view of
the ocean then you want to head to Laguna Beach, California. This Laguna
Beach home was designed by Mark Abel and Myca Loar and is newly constructed. It has 4 bedrooms, five and a half baths and contains 3400 square feet.
Sitting
on the edge of the cliff it faces the ocean on one side giving a great
view in the evening as the sun sets. The glass walls on two of the
bedrooms allow a perfect view at night, allowing you to fall asleep to
it. And the bathrooms that sit right off of those bedrooms give the
perfect amount of luxury and privacy. One of the bathrooms has the tub
facing over the ocean so you can still enjoy the view and have plenty of
sunlight while relaxing in the tub.
The kitchen is modern, and
built to contain a large island providing plenty of counter space for
preparing the meals while also containing seating and a mini bar. The
dining table sits right off the side of the kitchen, both of which have
another great view of the ocean. Head out to the deck after your meal to
enjoy the view and lay down on the outside bed so you can relax with a
good book.
The three different stories have several staircases
inside and out that lead to each floor. Inside you will find a nice
wooden staircase that matches the flooring, while on the outside the
staircase is stone to match the outside of the home.
