A single family residence should have style and grace while still
being able to function well for the family that lives there. The posh
residence known as the Equestrian Club project is a single family
residence that was designed by Krista Watterworth Design Studio.
Located in Wellington which happens to be known for its equestrian
community in Florida, USA. It contains four bedrooms, living room,
dining room and back patio of course. There is at least one large
bathroom though.
As you can see in the pictures one of the best
features happens to be the back yard which features a spa-like fountain
and a nice seating area to enjoy it in. The bedrooms are all made up
perfectly and designed differently in each room. The high ceilings add
depth to the rooms which make them appear larger than they are, however
they have more than enough space to function well enough by themselves.
The one bathroom that is shown has everything you need including a large
standalone tub to soak in.
The kitchen seems a little small at
first, but is more than enough room to prepare a meal in. In fact the
island not only adds to the character of the place but how well the
kitchen functions as well. There are two dining areas which can
accommodate the guests with a large square table for the whole family,
or a place for just a few right off the kitchen. The master bedroom is
another great feature with a private chimney and patio access as well.
The
living room is special with its own fireplace as well as the open-ness
to the kitchen area so everyone can be a part of the conversation. It
opens the room up with the large glass windows and the opening in the
wall that goes to the dining room and kitchen.
